Signed and numbered by the artist, 78/180. Christopher Boock (1974-) is an Australian artist from Ayr, North Queensland. He apprenticed with artist Donald Friend in Bali for years, after studying art in Sydney and Europe. He is known for his mystical and highly sexualised nude paintings and drawings. This set of images are highly detailed and intrinsic black and white line drawings. The subjects include fantastical anthropomorphised creatures – erotically charged depictions of lizards and elephants with human features, along with spotted male and female nudes, set in elaborate mystical landscapes; an imaginary garden of Eden, home to snakes and dragons, with Queenslanders and Asian temples featured in the background.

Discolouration and some general wear to wrappers. Small bump to head and a very small closed tear to tail. Minor foxing to title page. Good Condition.
