The 1900 report to the Queensland Parliament on the oyster fisheries of Moreton Bay by Marine Biologist James R. Tosh. A brief report in which Tosh makes known he believes a viable industry could continue and indeed Queensland oysters could supply the whole country, but only if serious action is taken to remedy the industry. He reports on the Brush and Mud Worm Diseases and numerous issues plaguing the industry, though notes that due to lack of time there are many things which remain to be inquired into.
