French body artist Orlan was the muse behind Walter Van Beirendonck’s Winter ’98 season. Orlan uses her own body as her medium, which she alters with plastic surgery. This volume accompanies the exhibition “Kiss the Future!” as part of the “September in Rotterdam” event in Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen. Includes a photo shoot by Juergen Teller, pages from Beirendonck’s notebooks, and four pages of stickers.
