A guidebook for young women aspiring to be Miss America. Contains short introductory texts on the nature of beauty pageants and advice on attaining grace and beauty. The bulk of the book is made up of silhouette illustrations demonstrating stretching and toning exercises and at the rear a section on diet with menus designed for “reducing”. Scarce, 2 holdings in OCLC at November, 2021.
