The first printing of the revised edition of the Cocaine Consumer’s Handbook rebound in a fine art binding by Queensland bookbinder Karen McGuire. The handbook was an essential reference with numerous printings totalling well over a hundred thousand during the 1970s. This revised edition first published in 1981 continued its aims of harm minimisation with corrected, revised, and expanded information on the chemistry, testing, purification, culture, and law of one of the 20th century’s most notorious stimulants.
