Provocative Dutch adult comic of corrupted scripture, horror, and explicit sex. Arguably the most controversial of Matena’s works, the artist reflecting in the magazine ‘Vooys’: “It was ridiculed, and it sank my entire international career. It caused me an enormous amount of trouble, and I absolutely did not enjoy that, but on the other hand I really did unsettle people with it, which is also a definition of art.”
