A complete set of a 12 week mail order body building program using the bodies of Steve Reeves, Robert Nailon, and a fictitious Saul New York as promotional pull. The 12 lessons are contained in 9 booklets. The course was heavily advertised in muscle magazines and comic books in the 1970s. This set also includes a 28 page promotional booklet with a Sydney PO Box and a poster of Robert Nailon promoting the HERCULES II Method.

Minor soiling. A few dog-earred corners. Lesson 1 showing some handling wear and with a few annotations. Very Good Condition.
