Italian translation of the 17th century Chinese erotic novel Rouputuan, or The Carnal Prayer Mat. Attributed to Li Yu but authorship is unclear, though most scholars agree with the attribution. Nude photographs accompany the blurbs on the wrappers verso. A rare translation, not recorded in OCLC at October, 2020. The three titles are: 1. Il Lussurioso Avvilito; 2. Il Libertino Trionfante; 3. Il Lertino Castrato. The third volume is 1cm larger than the first two.

Tanning to wrappers and pages. Spotting to top edge. 1cm indent marks and closed tear to wrapper lower panel and rear few pages. Good Condition.
