The Satyrical Parnassus by French poet Theophile de Viau (1590-1626). This edition produced privately for a group of bibliophiles according to the manuscript with 16 erotic plates, a biography, and 7 facsimile pages of l’Arret de la Cour from the Bibliotheque National in a numbered edition of 500 copies, of which this is number 424. DUTEL 2138.

Very minor handling wear. Minor soiling to slipcase. Very Good Condition.
