Noel Arnaud was the nom de plume of Raymond Valentin Muller (1919 – 2003), who was a writer, editor, and collector of the twentieth century avant garde. He edited La Main a Plume, Le Surrealisme Revolutionnaire, Le Messager Boiteux, Le Petit Jesus, The Situationist Times, le Bulletin des Amis d’Alfred Jarry and Dragee Haute. His book collection is in the library of the Arsenal in Paris.
