Produced by the game making firm John Jacques and including advertisements for their game sets The ABC of Chess stayed in print into the early 20th century and ran to over 10 editions.
Resewn and lacking the wrappers, this copy likely the Eighth Edition. Very minor corner crease to crown fore-edge corner. Minor insect damage and tanning to exterior panels, interior largely clean and bright. Good Condition.
