This copy inscribed to Brisbane ophthalmologist, naturalist, and author Louis Pigott, with the inscription noting Pigott’s relation to Brisbane’s first motorist, James Trackson, pictured in his locomotive outside the Queensland Club on page viii. A manuscript letter from the author to Lou further discussing the image laid in.
