Three public lectures delivered by Frankl in March 1946, eleven months after his liberation from the concentration camps, in which he set out his ideas on meaning and resilience. First published in 1946, alongside his autobiographical and psychological work ‘Ein Psychologe erlebt das Konzentrationslager’, later translated as ‘Man’s Search for Meaning’, the lectures present a more concise philosophical treatment of ideas developed through his camp experience. Largely forgotten for more than seventy years, the work was not translated into English until 2020, as ‘Yes to Life: In Spite of Everything’.
