Published in conjunction with an exhibition at the Orange County Museum of Art, California 24 June – 9 September 2012. Jack Goldstein (1945 – 2003) was a Canadian performance and conceptual artist. Based in California in the 1970s and 1980s he began painting and was among the first contemporary painters to pay others to produce works from his ideas.
